Aspergillus Genomes is a resource for viewing annotated genes arising from various Aspergillus sequencing and annotation projects. Maintenance of this resource is a joint undertaking by CADRE and the Aspergillus Website. Housed genomes, therefore, benefit from extensive cross-linking with medical information to create a unique resource spanning genomics and clinical aspects of the genus. [more info]

Genomes

The following genomes are hosted at CADRE and we have added biosynthetic pathways for Asp. fumigatus. The Af293 genome has been mapped to a metabolic pathway database (Tuckwell et.al., 2010).
